- 2. General information on data processing: The protection of your personal data is a special concern to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG) and only to the extent necessary to provide this website and our services.

Access data (server logs): When visiting this website, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider (IP address, date and time of request, requested page/file, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data is used for the technical security and stability of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is stored only temporarily and is not merged with other data sources.
- 4. Contact / Early Access: If you contact us by email or via a form, or register for Early Access, we process the data you provide to handle your request and/or inform you about the product launch. Contact: bodywision@andremail.net. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data is stored as long as necessary for communication or the Early Access purpose. No data is shared with third parties.
- 5. Hosting: This website is hosted by a provider within the European Union. The hosting provider processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses) solely for providing and securing technical operation. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
- 6. Cookies and local storage: We use technically necessary storage for core website operation and for storing your consent preferences. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- 7. Analytics (consent-based): We use an internal, privacy-focused analytics system to measure anonymous website interactions (for example page views, CTA clicks, scroll depth, and time on page).
