Access data (server logs): When visiting this website, information is automatically collected by the hosting provider (IP address, date and time of request, requested page/file, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data is used for the technical security and stability of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is stored only temporarily and is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contact / Early Access: If you contact us by email or via a form, or register for Early Access, we process the data you provide to handle your request and/or inform you about the product launch. Contact: bodywision@andremail.net. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Data is stored as long as necessary for communication or the Early Access purpose. No data is shared with third parties.
5. Hosting: This website is hosted by a provider within the European Union. The hosting provider processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses) solely for providing and securing technical operation. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
6. Cookies and local storage: We use technically necessary storage for core website operation and for storing your consent preferences. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
